About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to support our account management team in managing client communication and ensuring smooth execution of marketing deliverables. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, coordinating with creative teams, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and act as a point of contact for ongoing projects.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear tasks for internal teams (design, content, performance marketing, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and assist in creating client reports when required.
- Assist in planning and managing social media content calendars for clients.
- Execute and publish social media posts and stories across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook when required.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure quality and consistency in all deliverables. Support campaign execution, research, and coordination for marketing activities.

Working Hours :
- This is a full-time hybrid role.
- Working hours may be flexible depending on project timelines and client requirements.
- As this is an agency workplace, there may occasionally be work on Saturdays or extended hours during campaigns or deadlines.
Pay: ₹12,436.62 - ₹30,000.00 per month
