Role Overview : We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly intern to join our clinic as a Customer Relationship Executive. The role involves handling patient inquiries, guiding them through treatments, and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain hair transplant procedures and services (training will be provided)
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Follow up with leads and existing patients
- Maintain patient records and CRM data
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
- Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction
Requirements :
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Confident and presentable personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Interest in healthcare/beauty/wellness industry
- Freshers/Students can apply
Preferred Skills :
- Telecalling or customer handling experience
- Sales or counseling background (a plus)
