Job Title : Move Coordinator

Experience : 0-5 years

Location : Centura Square IT Park, Thane West

Working Hours :6 PM - 4 AM or 9 PM - 7 AM, 5 days a week. (Willingness to work on weekends is required).

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with movers and customers to manage scheduling, follow-ups, and overall logístical operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned relocation projects, providing prompt assistance and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Escalate operational or customer issues when necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Build strong rapport with customers to enhance their experience and encourage positive Google and industry reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project updates.
- Uphold company policies, professional standards, and organizational values at all times.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
