Position : Customer Support Associate

Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Work Mode : In-office

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (10 AM - 7 PM)

Experience : 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide information about the product and services .
- Troubleshoot basic issues and provide solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Required Skills :

- Good communication skills .
- Strong problem-solving ability .
