You will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer support. Your primary mission is to ensure the CRM remains the single source of truth for customer records. You will deploy multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, manage data governance, and build performance tracking dashboards to drive customer retention.LOOKING
