About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) who enjoys interacting with people and understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback.

This is not a traditional sales role . There are no sales targets, no order booking, and no pressure to close deals .

The role primarily involves speaking with customers, distributors, and retailers to understand their experiences and expectations. Occasional visits to distributor/retailer locations will also be required so that you can better understand the market, customer behaviour, and day-to-day business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with customers, distributors, and retailers to understand their needs and feedback.
- Build positive relationships and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
- Understand customer preferences, expectations, concerns, and pain points.
- Visit distributor/retailer locations occasionally for market understanding and customer interaction .
- Observe market behaviour and identify factors influencing customer choices.
- Collect genuine customer feedback and share practical insights with the management/marketing team.




- Prepare regular reports based on customer conversations and field observations.
- Support the marketing team with real-world customer insights for improving products, communication, and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, Customer Relations, Customer Experience, Market Research, Retail, or similar fields .
- Excellent Hindi communication skills; knowledge of local language/dialect will be an advantage.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Should be comfortable talking to both distributors and retailers.
- Curious, observant, patient, and good at asking the right questions.
- Comfortable with occasional field visits .

What We Offer

- Salary :₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month :

- Petrol/conveyance expenses for approved field visits will be reimbursed separately.
