We are Ginteja Insurance Brokers Private Limited (Promoted by Shaym Steel Industries and Sastasundar Group). We are looking for an Operations Manager who has Experience in Insurance Policy Issuance, Customer Query and Service handling etc.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client servicing and support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Insurance Service

- Promote various insurance products including:

- Motor Insurance

- Health Insurance

- Life Insurance

- Corporate Insurance

- Travel Insurance

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Policy Renewals

- Track policy expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Follow up with customers for renewal documentation and premium payments.
- Maintain renewal retention ratios as per company targets.

Customer Support & Query Resolution

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with insurers for endorsements, claims support, policy issuance, and servicing.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Documentation & Coordination

- Collect and verify KYC and policy-related documents.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy processing.




- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software systems.

Business Development Support

- Generate referrals and customer leads through existing clients.
- Support business growth initiatives and relationship-building activities.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to renewals, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Update customer interaction details in CRM systems regularly.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline
- Insurance certifications (POSP/IRDAI certification) preferred

- 1-5 years of experience in Insurance Opeartions, Customer Service
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
