What You’ll Do : Be the first point of contact for our customers in India, helping them succeed with our products.
Understand customer needs and provide product walkthroughs, training, and onboarding support.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track and document customer requests, feedback, and issues with attention to detail.
