Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and qualified manner
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining area
- Assist customers with menu selection and answer their questions
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic concerns politely
- Maintain hygiene and follow restaurant service standards
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements :

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass
- Prior experience in restaurant, café, or hotel preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and presentable personality
- Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment
