This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at 1 Hair Stop in Bangalore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, helping clients choose suitable hair solutions and products, supporting salon sales, and ensuring a smooth in-store customer experience.

Responsibilities :

- Customer Assistance: Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them toward suitable hair extensions, hair care products, and salon services.
- Product Consultation: Explain product features, pricing, maintenance, and available services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Sales Support: Assist in achieving store sales targets by promoting relevant products and premium salon services.
- Billing & Coordination: Support customers with billing, appointment coordination, and overall in-store assistance.
- Store Presentation: Ensure products are displayed properly and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend additional products or services based on customer preferences and needs.
- Customer Experience:



Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful approach to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with salon staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements :

- Prior experience in retail sales, salon sales, beauty, fashion, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in interacting with customers.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to assist customers professionally and contribute to store revenue.
- Basic understanding of beauty, hair care, or salon services is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, presentable personality, and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work full-time from our salon/store location.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
