Core Job Responsibilities

- Outbound/Inbound Calling : Making outbound cold/warm calls to potential customers and answering incoming customer service calls.
- Sales and Promotion : Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to convert leads into sales.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups : Following up with prospective clients to build rapport and persuade them to enter the sales funnel.
- Data Management : Recording detailed notes of conversations, updating client information, and managing the database, says Jobsoid.
- Customer Support : Addressing customer queries, complaints, and issues in a skilled manner.
- Target Achievement : Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and no sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Communication : Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Technical Skills : Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Education/Experience : High school diploma, with previous experience in telecalling or customer service typically preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
