The waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic concerns
- Coordinate with kitchen and staff for smooth service
- Present bills and handle payments when required
