Job Title: Phone Banking Officer

Experience : Fresher to 3 Years Qualification : Graduation Mandatory Shift : Night Shift (Rotational Week Off) Notice Period : Immediate Joiners to 30 Days

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Phone Banking Officers to handle customer interactions and provide banking support over phone.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with banking queries related to accounts, cards, loans, and other services
- Resolve customer complaints within defined TAT
- Cross-sell and promote banking products when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain service quality standards

Required Skills :

- Mandatory fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and English :

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Willingness to work in night shifts

- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
