Position Summary

The Beauty Therapist at a laser clinic is responsible for providing professional skincare and cosmetic treatments, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures. The role ensures high standards of client care, safety, and treatment efficacy while maintaining compliance with clinic protocols and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Treatment

- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client skin types, conditions, and treatment goals.
- Advise clients on suitable laser and aesthetic treatments.
- Perform laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation treatments, and other clinic-approved procedures.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

- Safety & Compliance

- Ensure all treatments comply with safety standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Follow clinic protocols for sterilization and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records.
- Report and manage any adverse reactions or incidents promptly.

- Equipment & Product Management

- Operate and maintain laser and skincare equipment safely and effectively.
- Stay updated on new technologies, devices, and skincare products.




- Recommend suitable products for home care and post-treatment routines.

- Customer Service & Client Retention

- Provide a welcoming, professional, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Educate clients on treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

- Professional Development

- Attend training sessions, workshops, and certification courses as required.
- Keep abreast of trends, techniques, and innovations in aesthetic and laser treatments.
- Maintain professional licensure and certifications where applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic Treatments, or related field.
- Certification in laser treatments and other advanced aesthetic procedures preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a laser clinic or medical spa environment.
- Knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, hygiene, and safety compliance.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
