Job Overview BANK LOAN RECOVERY (HDFC/IDFC/YES BANK/RBL)

Duties

- Conduct outbound calls to clients, prospects, or partners in a courteous and qualified manner
- Gather and verify information accurately during conversations
- Enter data meticulously into the company’s database or excel file
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services during calls
- Maintain detailed records of call inbound and follow-up actions
- Provide excellent phone etiquette, ensuring a positive experience for all callers
- Analyse call data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals

Requirements :

- Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles
- Bilingual proficiency in English and hindi is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written




- Strong phone etiquette with a professional demeanour
- Analytical skills to interpret call data and generate insights
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Organised with attention to detail in record keeping and data management
- Prior experience in upselling is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

This position is fully paid and provides an excellent platform for developing communication, analysis, and customer service skills within a supportive environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
