Job Summary : Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and attend customers in the showroom professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in jewellery selection.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge and explain pricing, offers, and schemes.
Showroom Management
- Maintain display standards and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery products.
- Support stock checking and inventory coordination.
Customer Relationship
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and referrals.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service experience.
Billing & Documentation
- Coordinate with billing team for smooth transaction process.
- Maintain customer records and purchase details if required.
Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of jewellery preferred.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Retail or jewelry sales experience is an added advantage.
