- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain company services and offerings.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers and prospects.
- Update call records and customer details in the company database or CRM system.
- Address customer questions or concerns in a qualified and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or site visits when required.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales calling .
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections and build positive relationships.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
