Role Summary

KRA: Task / Activities

- Assist customers and provide product information
- Support day-to-day store operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
- Handle billing and basic POS operations
- Ensure proper stock arrangement and replenishment
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for operational activities
- Support sales targets and promotional activities
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Assist in inventory counting and stock checking
- Ensure smooth customer experience inside the store

KPI: Performance Metrics

- Customer satisfaction and service quality
- Achievement of sales targets
- Product display and store maintenance
- Billing accuracy and operational support
- Attendance and punctuality




- Team coordination and discipline

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
