- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain construction services (residential, commercial, interior, renovation, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits or meetings with interested clients
- Follow up with existing and new leads regularly
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback
- Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information
- Skills Required
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi, Bengali, and basic English preferred)
- Confident and convincing speaking ability
- Basic knowledge of construction or interior services (preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
