Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Serve bakery products including cakes, pastries, breads, puffs, cookies, and beverages
- Assist customers with product recommendations and upselling
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, display area, and service station
- Ensure products are properly displayed and replenished on time
- Check product freshness and report stock requirements to management
- Handle takeaway and packaging efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and bakery team for smooth operations

Requirements :

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bakery, café, restaurant, or food service industry
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills




- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in bakery or café counter operations
- Basic English speaking skills preferred
