Looking IT Helpdesk Executive provides technical support to customers by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The role ensures smooth IT operations by resolving technical problems, maintaining systems, and assisting users with technology-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues .

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment .

- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions .

- Log and track issues using IT service management tools .

- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support teams .

- Assist with software installation, updates, and patches .

- Maintain documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting steps .

- Provide guidance to users on basic IT usage and security practices .





- Basic knowledge of Windows / Mac operating systems :

- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) :

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and customer service skills :

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in

- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- or related field any 12th Passed or any Degree.
