MeraTripBanao is a growing travel company specializing in personalized Kashmir tour packages. We help travelers experience Kashmir through customized itineraries, handpicked stays, reliable transport, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Kashmir tour packages.
- Create customized day-wise travel itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and travel proposals.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with hotels, houseboats, transport providers, and local vendors.
- Manage hotel and transport bookings.
- Assist customers before, during, and after their trip.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support.
- Update customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Maintain daily sales and inquiry reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of trips.
- Stay updated on Kashmir destinations, weather, routes, tourist attractions, and travel regulations.
- Upsell sightseeing activities, premium stays, and travel experiences where appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications
