- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS
- Fluent and confident spoken English is mandatory
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi
- Ability to professionally handle international customers
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Confidence in handling calls, quotations, ticketing, and travel enquiries independently

- Handle international flight bookings using Amadeus
- Assist customers with flights, hotels, holiday packages, and travel enquiries
- Provide professional travel advice and itinerary support
- Deal with customers across Australia and overseas markets
