- Welcome and assist customers at the store counter.
- Explain products and help customers choose items.
- Handle billing using POS/billing system.
- Accept payments (cash, UPI, card) and provide bills.
- Maintain daily sales and billing accuracy.
- Manage and monitor product stock at the counter.
- Refill and arrange products on shelves when required.
- Inform management when stock is low.
- Keep the counter and store area clean and organized.
Requirements :
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred.
- Responsible in handling cash and stock.
- Ability to work in a retail store environment.
- Languages preferred: Kannada / Tamil / English.
Experience : 0-2 years in retail or counter sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
