Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage engaging social media content using Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- ⁠Design banners, promotional posts, and marketing creatives using Canva and editing tools
- ⁠Schedule and manage social media posts, campaigns, and audience engagement
- Manage website updates, product listings, banners, and promotional content
- ⁠Support online sales growth through effective social media and marketing strategies
- ⁠Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement within the UK market
- ⁠Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches
- ⁠Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- ⁠Support daily eCommerce and digital marketing operations

Requirements :

- ⁠1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or eCommerce
- ⁠Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
- ⁠Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media platforms




- ⁠Good understanding of eCommerce websites and online marketplaces
- ⁠Knowledge of digital marketing, online advertising, and social media growth strategies
- ⁠Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- ⁠Skilled customer service and communication skills
- ⁠Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently

Preferred Skills

- ⁠Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar eCommerce platforms
- ⁠Graphic design and video editing skills
- ⁠Understanding of UK customer expectations and online shopping trends
