- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide required information
- Maintain call logs, lead records, and follow-up details
- Convert inquiries into potential leads
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 months-1 year of telecalling/voice process experience (preferred)
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
