Medcity International Overseas Corporation is looking for a passionate and result-driven Academic Counsellor (Study Abroad) to guide students toward achieving their international education goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized counselling on study destinations, universities, courses, intakes, visa & documentation.
- Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve daily/monthly targets through effective counselling and lead conversion.
- Conduct minimum 20 connected calls per day.
- Support webinars, expos, seminars, school/college presentations, and branch visits.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and lead status updates.
- Stay updated on global education trends, eligibility criteria, and market insights Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Education/Business/International Relations or related field).
- 0-4 years of experience in student counselling/international education preferred.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, professional approach & willingness to learn.
- Flexible to work as per business requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
