We are looking for a CRM Executive for our jewellery showroom who can manage customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain customer database and purchase records
- Call customers for new collections, offers, and scheme reminders
- Follow up on pending orders and advance bookings
- Handle customer complaints and service requests
- Support the sales team in generating sales
- Send promotional messages (WhatsApp/SMS)
Requirements :
- Positive communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel)
- Experience in jewellery showroom preferred
- Polite and customer-friendly attitude
Job Types : Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,850.11 - ₹13,000.00 per month
