Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers through telecalling and provide product-related assistance.
- Take and collect medicine/product orders from customers.
- Coordinate with retailers and distributors for order processing and follow-up.
- Promote and sell Iberia pharma medicines/products.
- Follow up with existing customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize incentive earnings.
- Maintain qualified customer communication and service standards.
- Experience : Minimum 6 months of telesales experience.
- Education & Eligibility : HS Pass / 12th Pass
- Language Proficiency : Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Skills : Good communication, convincing, customer-handling, follow-up, and sales skills.
- Availability : Interview on Tuesday.
