Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our CX Support and Renewal team at our Bodakdev, Ahmedabad location.
Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Follow up with existing customers for service/product renewals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Achieve renewal and performance targets.
Requirements : Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support / Telecalling / Renewal process.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
