representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).

Responsibilities :

- Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with goals, and manage invoices.
- Drive large-scale complex projects spanning across multiple sites and suppliers. Manage the project execution, identify project stakeholders, and manage their expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendor engagements, and communicate operational/process updates to vendors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, Center of Excellence (COE) team, Vendor Partners and other business teams to review the volume changes, forecasting and capacity planning and help teams prepare accordingly.
- Manage financials/metrics and workflow allocation for global projects on vendor operations cutting across multiple geographies, suppliers and platforms. Review vendor data, identify process improvement opportunities and drive improvement of vendor performance (e.g., Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)).
