Job Role : Technical Support Executive
Responsibilities : Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions
Guide customers regarding products and services
Maintain professional communication with customers
Update customer details and issue status in the system
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Eligibility Criteria : Undergraduate / Graduate can apply
Freshers & Experienced both are welcome
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Basic computer knowledge required
Problem-solving and customer handling skills preferred
Pay: ₹9,283.37 - ₹36,904.55 per month
