We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Operations Supervisor to manage daily car cleaning operations within residential communities. The role involves workforce planning, field supervision, customer coordination, and ensuring consistent service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate daily work schedules for cleaning staff.
- Supervise field employees and ensure timely service completion.
- Manage workforce allocation based on workload and availability.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Coordinate daily service updates via WhatsApp and phone.
- Monitor employee attendance and performance.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1-3 years experience in operations, facility management, housekeeping supervision, logistics, or service industry
- Freshers with strong coordination skills may also apply
- Comfortable with field-based work
