Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Beautician to provide a wide range of beauty services while maintaining high service standards and ensuring excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities: Beauty Services

- Perform facials, clean-ups, and advanced skin treatments
- Threading, waxing (including Rica/strip), and body polishing
- Manicure, pedicure, gel polish, nail extensions (if skilled)
- Bridal makeup (preferred but optional)
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards at all times

Client Handling

- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments




- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat visits
- Handle client feedback professionally

Sales & Revenue

- Achieve individual service targets
- Promote packages, memberships, and retail skincare products
- Upsell services based on customer needs

Salon Maintenance

- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and tools
- Monitor product usage and inform stock requirements
- Follow brand SOPs and service standards

Requirements :

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Beautician
- Certification in cosmetology / beauty therapy preferred
- Knowledge of skin types and treatments
- Positive communication skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Willing to work weekends and festive seasons

Pay: ₹10,650.49 - ₹41,464.51 per month
