Who We Are :Shree Neelkanth Flour Mill is building a premium, high-quality aata brand that housewives trust and shopkeepers actually want to sell. We are disrupting a crowded commodity market, which means we don’t need a "yes-man." We need a street-smart, hungry, and resilient field sales hustler who knows how to win shelf space in local kirana stores.

The Reality Check (What You’ll Actually Do) : This is not a desk job. You will be on your feet and on your bike.

- Own Your Territory : Plan and execute daily visits to 15-25 kirana/general stores in your assigned pin codes.
- Win the Pitch : Convince stubborn shopkeepers to stock our brand. You won’t win them over by just talking about "quality"—you’ll win them by explaining margins, rotation, and zero-wastage.
- Manage the Basics : Take orders, ensure timely delivery, check for expired/damaged stock, and collect payments (cash/cheque/UPI) professionally.
- Build Real Relationships : Befriend not just the shop owner,



but the helper who actually hands the aata packet to the customer.

What We’re Looking For :

- Own Two-Wheeler & Valid License : Non-negotiable. You must be comfortable riding in local traffic and heat.
- Thick Skin : You don’t get offended when a shopkeeper says "No." You see it as the start of the negotiation.
- Local Knowledge : You know the major wholesale and retail markets in [City/Area] and speak the local language fluently.
- Basic Tech Savvy : Comfortable using WhatsApp, GPS, and easy order-tracking apps on a smartphone.
- Bonus Points : If you have previously sold aata, rice, pulses, or biscuits and know the exact margin structures of local shops.
