Hiring: IT Sales Executive - Banking/FinTech Domain Pune | 3+ Years Experience

We are looking for a energetic IT Sales Executive with experience in selling IT solutions/services to clients in the Banking, BFSI, or FinTech domain .

Required Skills : IT Services & Solution Sales Banking/BFSI/FinTech Domain Experience Client Acquisition & Lead Generation B2B Sales & Business Development Account Management Proposal Preparation & Negotiation Revenue Growth & Target Achievement

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients in the Banking/BFSI/FinTech sector.
- Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.




- Coordinate with technical teams for solution presentations and closures.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of IT Sales/Business Development experience.
- Experience working with Banking, BFSI, or FinTech clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹32,545.25 - ₹62,355.92 per month
