Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services/products.
- Convert leads received from marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms into successful sales.
- Explain healthcare services, packages, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads and clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer details and sales progress in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with marketing and support teams for lead management.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
