Sales Executive - Franchise Development (Bakery Brand)

We are hiring agile and result-oriented Sales Executives for our growing bakery brand to expand our franchise network across selected locations in Bihar.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop potential locations for opening new bakery franchise outlets.
- Conduct field visits and market surveys in assigned areas.
- Meet prospective franchise partners and explain the business model.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful franchise outlets.
- Work on market data, competitor analysis, and location feasibility reports.
- Coordinate with the management team for outlet onboarding and setup.
- Build strong local networks to support business expansion.

Requirements :

- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Willingness to travel and perform field work extensively.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and data handling.
- Experience in franchise sales, retail, or FMCG sales will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Bihar market and local areas will be an added advantage.

Job Location : Selected cities and towns across Bihar.

Salary & Incentives : Attractive salary along with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹9,755.88 - ₹21,000.00 per month
