Responsibilities :
- Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships .
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Coordinate with the factory and logistics team for smooth order execution .
- Maintain sales data and reports using Excel and Word .
- Continuously learn and adapt to industry trends and customer demands.
Requirements :
- Minimum Experience :
1-2 years (preferably in a sales role).
- Education : Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Skills :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
