Job Overview : We are looking for a highly energetic and result-driven Sales Executive who can convert leads into customers , guide them through the interior journey, and ensure strong closures.
This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling and can confidently handle customers in the home interiors segment .
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into walk-in clients
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline) and understand requirements
- Present design concepts, company process, and value proposition :
- Drive site visits and experience center visits :
- Coordinate with design team for proposals and estimations :
- Follow up regularly and close deals within timeline :
- Maintain pipeline and CRM updates (ERP-based system) :
- Ensure proper documentation and customer confirmation :
- Achieve monthly sales targets (revenue-based) :
- Build solid customer trust and relationship for referrals
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales (interior / real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills :
- Ability to handle customers confidently and close deals :
- Good understanding of sales process & follow-ups :
- Basic knowledge of interior design is a plus :
- Must be target-oriented and self-driven :
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits :
- CTC : ₹5,50,000 - ₹6,00,000 per year
