Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business through market visits & networking.
- Maintain relationships with retailers/distributors.
- Conduct product promotions & track competitor activity.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5-8 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector (tea industry preferred).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Own two-wheeler & valid driving license.
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
