Responsibilities : → Calling and following up with leads
→ Explaining solar system solutions to customers
→ Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
→ Updating customer details in system
→ Coordinating with admin team after sales
Requirements : → Good communication & convincing skills
→ Telecalling/sales experience preferred
→ Solar industry knowledge is a plus
→ Target-oriented and disciplined
Salary & Commission : → Fixed salary + attractive commission on every successful sale
→ Commission will be paid per closed deal
→ High performers can earn more with monthly incentives
