Role Objective
We are seeking an active and persistent Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. You will be the "on-the-ground" face of Abizob India, responsible for visiting potential business clients, understanding their startup or consulting needs, and converting those leads into successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Prospecting : Travel across assigned territories in Jaipur (specifically Jagatpura, Sitapura, and Malviya Nagar) to identify and meet current business prospects.
- Lead Generation : Conduct "door-to-door" B2B sales visits to shops, offices, and industrial hubs to pitch our consulting services.
- Product Demonstrations : Clearly explain our services—from GST filing to revenue generation—to potential clients and handle on-the-spot queries.
- Target Achievement : Meet and exceed daily/weekly meeting targets and monthly sales conversion goals.
- Relationship Building :
Build and maintain a strong local network to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Reporting : Submit daily field visit reports and maintain lead data in our CRM or Excel trackers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education : Graduate in any stream (B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, etc.).
- Experience : 0-2 years in field sales, retail sales, or business development.
- Communication : Strong command of Hindi and functional English .
- Essential :
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily travel.
- Must have a smartphone for reporting and navigation.
- Soft Skills :
- Excellent persuasion and "people skills."
- High resilience and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for closing deals.
