As a Store Sales Executive, you will represent a brand that celebrates traditional Ajrakh têxtiles and handcrafted clothing, guiding customers through a thoughtful and memorable shopping experience.

What You Will Do

- Welcome customers and help them discover pieces that resonate with their personal style
- Share the story behind Ajrakh and traditional craftsmanship with authenticity
- Create a warm, premium in-store experience that reflects the brand’s values
- Drive sales through genuine customer engagement and product knowledge
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and product care
- Assist with billing, stock coordination, and daily store operations

- Naturally friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
- Curious and genuinely interested in traditional têxtiles and handmade clothing
- Eager to learn and grow in a creative retail environment
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Prior sales experience is a plus,

Probation Learning Expectations

During the probation period, you will be trained and expected to learn:

- Using billing software to handle customer billing
- Operating the card swiping machine for digital payments

Work Details

- Full-time position
- Sundays are working days
- Weekly leave is flexible except Sundays

Work Schedule

- Working hours: 09:30 AM — 06:30 PM
- Store opens at 10:00 AM

Leaves

- 4 days leave per month
- Additional 1 day sick leave per month

Salary & Incentives

- Probation period (1 month): ₹12,000 per month
- Post probation: Salary up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance
- Incentives based on individual sales performance
- Incentives are provided above base salary
