Established in the year 1995, BETEC CAD today is a leading OEM manufacturer and supplier of a comprehensive line of commercial, industrial, and specialized fire safety, life safety and air balancing products with a keen focus towards enhancing indoor air and environmental quality.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator - Order Processing to support our sales operations and tendering activities. The role involves preparing RFQ’s, order execution, documentation, and government/ institutional tenders, ensuring smooth end-to-end sales support.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordination & Order Processing

Coordinate with sales teams for quotations, order confirmations, and execution. Prepare sales orders, proforma invoices, and related commercial documentation.

Manage end-to-end order processing and track customer purchase orders (POs). Upload information into ERP system upon PO confirmation.

Maintain accurate order records and support daily sales operations. Coordinate after-sales documentation including warranty and AMC records.

Tendering & Documentation





Monitor and manage tenders on e-tender platforms.

Coordinate with technical and sales teams for preparation and submission of tender documents.

Handle online bid submissions, registrations, compliance documents, and clarifications. Ensure timely tender submissions and proper record maintenance.

Key Skills, Product Knowledge & Technical Familiarity

Develop a basic understanding of HVAC products such as dampers, VAVs, louvers, etc., to support accurate client communication.

Coordinate with engineering teams for customized solutions or technical clarifications.

Solid knowledge of sales coordination and order processing workflows.

Hands-on experience with HVAC systems and tender documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/ CRM systems.

Excellent communication, follow-up, and multitasking

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Commerce, Science, or a related discipline.

2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, purchase, or tendering roles.

Prior experience in the laboratory or scientific instruments industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
