Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition : Actively seeking out recent sales opportunities through networking and visiting potential clients in the field.
- Sales Execution : Delivering product demonstrations, negotiating, and closing deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Relationship Management : Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Intelligence : Analyzing territory trends, monitoring competitors, and gathering customer feedback.
- Reporting : Updating daily activities, including visits, leads, and sales figures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience : Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Communication : Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Logistics : Ability to travel regularly within an assigned territory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
