- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors; drive market expansion and profitability
- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets; forecast sales and track KPIs
- Expand presence across GT, MT, B2B & HoReCa channels
- Ensure product visibility, placement, and cold-chain compliance
- Execute promotions, manage claims, minimize RTV
- Track competition and coordinate with Marketing & Supply Chain teams
Requirements :
- Experience in Frozen/Chilled/Perishable (Non-Veg preferred) products
- Strong distributor & retailer network in the region
- Solid knowledge of cold-chain distribution
- Robust execution, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
