Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales

- Welcome and attend customers in a warm and professional manner
- Understand customer requirements (occasion, preferences, budget)
- Provide styling advice and outfit coordination suggestions
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build repeat clientele and maintain long-term relationships

Product Knowledge

- Explain fabrics, embroidery techniques, and craftsmanship
- Suggest complete looks including dupattas, blouses, and accessories
- Stay updated with recent collections and trends

Store Operations

- Maintain store presentation and display standards
- Assist in visual merchandising and outfit arrangement
- Handle trial room coordination and garment care
- Support billing and packaging processes

Client Relationship & Follow-ups

- Maintain client database and preferences
- Inform customers about new arrivals and promotions




- Handle alterations follow-ups and delivery commitments

Required Skills & Qualifications Education

- Graduate in any stream (Fashion/Retail preferred)

Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
- Good grooming and presentable personality
- Sales and persuasion ability
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

- Experience in designer boutique, saree store, or luxury retail
- Knowledge of Indian fabrics, embroideries, and occasions
- Styling or fashion background
- Clienteling / WhatsApp selling experience

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
