We are hiring a Franchise Coordinator to support franchise partners and ensure smooth operations across a growing generic pharmacy network.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with franchise partners on onboarding, training, and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs
- Track franchise performance and operational issues
- Support audits, documentation, and reporting
- Liaise with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements :
- 3-6 years experience in retail, franchise, or operations coordination
- FMCG / Pharma / Retail background preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with execution focus
