Experience : 2-5 Years Positions : 5 Openings Location : India (US Shift)
Key Responsibilities :
- Market IT consultants on bench to US clients, MSPs, and vendor partners
- Submit consultant profiles to daily US requirements
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with vendors and clients
- Coordinate interviews and follow up till onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
- Update and manage consultant and requirement data regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing :
- Strong knowledge of US hiring models :C2C, W2, 1099 :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successful placements
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced US staffing environment
Preferred Skills :
- Existing vendor network is a plus
- Experience working with ATS and job portals
